Responsibilities
职位职责：
Responsible for production administration, product process, ａｎｄ system cabinet customization, also responsible for facilitating environmental, health ａｎｄ safety strategy/practices in an organization to ensure compliance with all policies, laws ａｎｄ standards relevant to the organization.
负责生产线管理，产品流程和系统机柜定制化。也负责组织中环境健康安全策略/实践，来确保符合各项政策法规和标准。

1. Production administration生产线管理
1）Arrange daily production plan according to forecast ａｎｄ sales order.
根据预测和销售订单安排生产计划
2）Develop direct labor plan based on forecast.
根据预测制定直接人力计划
3）ｃｒｅａｔｅ work order, track, ａｎｄ complete it in MRP system.
在MRP系统中创建、跟踪和完成工单
4）Track daily production status ａｎｄ adjust the production plan if needs.
跟踪每日生产状态，及时调整生产计划

2. Product process产品流程
1）Product BOM maintenance ａｎｄ modification （ECO） implementation
维护产品物料清单和执行变更
2）Product work instruction creation ａｎｄ ｕｐｄａｔｅ based on procedure.
根据流程制定和更新产品作业指导书
3）Product tact time collection ａｎｄ standard work hour tracking
收集产品节拍时间和跟踪标准工时
4）Continuous improvement

3. Inverter/UPS system cabinet customization逆变器/不间断电源系统机柜定制化
1）ｃｒｅａｔｅ process ａｎｄ BOM according to customer needs.
按照客户需求创建物料清单和流程
2）Coach operator/technician to build system cabinet.
指导作业员/技术员完成系统机柜制造

4. EHS环境健康安全，
1）As the environmental health ａｎｄ safety production management personnel to perform the following duties:
作为企业的环境健康安全生产管理人员履行下列职责：
2）Assist the main person in charge of the company on environmental health ａｎｄ safety work.
协助主要负责人进行公司的环境健康安全生产工作。
3）To organize ａｎｄ participate in the formulation of EHS rules ａｎｄ regulations, operation procedures ａｎｄ emergency rescue plans for production safety accidents of the company.
组织和参与拟订环境健康安全生产规章制度、操作规程和生产安全事故应急救援预案；
4）Organize ａｎｄ participate in environmental health ａｎｄ safety education ａｎｄ training, then keep the records.
组织和参与环境健康安全生产教育和培训，如实记录安全生产教育和培训情况

任职要求：
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Electronics/Electricity/Automatic/ Mechatronics/ Industry engineering ｏｒ related educational background. Understand electric schematic / electricity diagram ａｎｄ basic mechanical drawing
拥有电子/电气/机电一体化/工业工程学位或相关教育背景，能够理解电子/电气及基本的机械图纸

2. 1~ 2 years working experience in electronic product factory.
拥有在电子产品工厂1~2年的工作经验

3. Ability to learn fast
拥有快速学习的能力

4. Multitask /Independence ａｎｄ team player
善于独立工作，适应多技能，且具有团队精神

5. Good English skills both in written ａｎｄ oral English
在英语口语和书写上拥有良好的技能。
