Requirements:

1.Degree in Chemical/Materials/Textile Engineering

2.At least 5+ years industrial Cleaning Tools/Consumables with a focus on R &amp；amp； D, ａｎｄ substantial design,process,and product knowledge.

3.Good communications skill, strong organization ａｎｄ correspondence ability

4.Fluency in both written ａｎｄ spoken English

5.Be reliable, self confident ａｎｄ a good team player

6.Good computer literature, Be able to read drawing

7.Logical ａｎｄ organized approach to problem solving

Responsibilities:

1.Develop new products based on customer’s requirements ｆｒｏｍ business team.

2.Sourcing new materials ａｎｄ ｃｒｅａｔｅ new concept design.

3.Initiate proper paperwork to evaluate vendor capability to perform when looking at potential new vendor .

4.Develop manufacturing processes to support any new products developed by the company.

5.Be responsible for products development ａｎｄ improvement.

6. Provide technical support ａｎｄ training to customers.

7.Any other relevant tasks ａｎｄ duties as assigned by Manager.
